This is a positive reinforcement class that focuses on teaching fundamental obedience behaviors such as sit, down, stay, loose leash walking and recalls. It also teaches the handler important aspects of canine behavior and training theory that is important to effective communication with our pets and understanding how they learn best. This class is for all ages. Puppies under one year of age may test for the AKC STAR Puppy title at the end of the session. $135/6 week session

Take your dog from WILD to WOW with Trainer Cassie’s Obedience Classes. This class will go over the safe and proper use of training tools and teach you how to apply training techniques to your dog’s everyday routine to get a better behaved and more enjoyable pup.

This is a new class offering that specifically goes into the inner workings of teaching good, reliable stays and recalls! This positive reinforcement class will bring understanding to how to teach these complicated commands all while making the dog think its just a fun game (in which they are willing to take seriously!).

This is a drop in class that is set up to accommodate all skill levels; total beginners included! Come drop in for several searches and a small amount of coaching, and stay to watch the other dogs run if you wish. Dogs run one at a time and search at the level appropriate for them. Beginners begin the odor imprinting process and learn foundational skills. Seasoned dogs can get some practice blinds in before trials and we all have a lot of fun! We use AKC odor.

This is a free class that I offer to our youth in 4H. We learn about everything related to showing dogs: Junior Showmanship, Rally, Obedience, and Agility. Dogs must be easily handled by the 4Her and parents must be present the entirety of class. Please feel free to send us a message if you’re interested in getting your kid involved!

This class will prepare its participants to train and test for the Canine Good Citizen. It will go over solidifying basic obedience commands (sit, down, stay, recall, etc.) but also hit on the behaviors your pup needs to be a delight out in public and a joy for everyone to be around.

Pre-Reqs: Level 1 Obedience, Companion Dog Obedience, or Instructor Approval. Dog must be 6+ months of age at the end of class to test for the official AKC Canine Good Citizen title.

6 Week Session - $135

This class is designed to be a fun way to engage with your pet. We will learn the basics of trick training techniques and you and your dog will be ready to perform for family & friends - all while building a great relationship with your dog!

Agility is a rapidly growing sport in the canine world and it’s no wonder why! This is a fast-paced and exciting sport but is one where foundational work is absolutely necessary to avoid injury or starting bad behaviors that are hard to reverse.

Pre-Reqs: Dog must be 8+ months of age, S.T.A.R. Puppy, Level 1 Obedience or Beginner Obedience, or Instructor Approval.

6 Week Session - $135

Deepen the connection with your dog by getting involved in the fun sport of Rally! We will go over basic heel work, some body awareness/pivoting, and learn the Novice to Intermediate AKC Rally signs.

This class is offered to those who are interested in or want to learn more about the world of dog shows! We will go over teaching you and your dog to stack/stand properly for exam and how to best move your dog around the ring to make them look their best! Any level of experience encouraged!

Whether you want to work on your loose-leash walking skills or you want to train for that fancy footwork of competitive obedience heeling, this class is for you! We will work on proper heeling position, maintaining focus and teaching our dogs and handler proper "focal point", teach the foundations of swings and pivots, and more!
